Jonathan, I usually walk 5 miles every morning. I recently had a double bypass and walking is important to my recovery. However, my hips and back would hurt so much after walking. I had to sit down. This morning I walked in New Me. I had to "fix" myself now and then, but after a while, it felt natural. My whole foot stepped on the ground. And my hips and back were not screaming at me when I got home. Thank you so very much.
